Celebrating 20 Years – Steve Langmaid
Steve has been an important and integral part of the Alternative Engineering team for 20 years.
He began with Alternative Engineering on the 27th October 1999 as a Fitter and Turner with more than 20 years’ experience in that field.
Steve worked in this role for eight years and through hard work, diligence and study, completing a variety of courses, he moved to a drafting role. For the past 14 years Steve’s expertise and knowledge of the requirements of our clients has seen many jobs, both large and small, completed to our clients’ satisfaction. Steve values each and every job as important to our company and his work ethic is exemplary.
Steve describes his job as exciting and busy, and he appreciates that his ideas and opinions are always welcome. Loyalty is a valuable trait of the Alternative Engineering culture and is something Steve is proud to be a part of.
At the end of the working week Steve loves to wind down and relax by hitting a few golf balls.
