Alternative Engineering was required to design a date coder stand for one of our food manufacturing clients. They required a stand that was easy to adjust and robust while in operation.
Alternative Engineering’s Date Code Stands can be used anywhere there is a print head, sensor, reader or camera being used on a conveyor system.
The stands can also be designed to suit a range of different operations. It’s not just for coding boxes!
With an Alternative Engineering Date Coder Stand, you can easily and quickly adjust the height or length of the arms.
The wheels on the top and side of the stand adjust the arms to suit a range of boxes coming through a conveyor system.
Digital indicators attached to each wheel allow each carton size to correspond with a number on the indicator. This allows for quick adjustments.
Date Coder Stands are constructed using only stainless steel and plastic.
This makes them 100% food grade, suitable for operation within the food and beverage industries.
The main tubes are all sealed allowing it to be free from contamination of foreign bodies.
Our Date Coder Stands are also water and weather resistant which require no lubrication while in operation.
