At Alternative Engineering, we believe it is important to create and foster great client relationships so our account managers can anticipate the needs of our customers. Our reputation relies heavily on our customer service and our long-standing relationships with our clients.

It is the important role of our Technical Sales & Account Managers to be the point of contact for any queries from our clients. Long before any parts are manufactured it is important to put time and effort into the relationship to create an environment of trust.

Our account manager’s all come from different backgrounds in engineering, and with them bring a range of knowledge, experience, and expertise to each job and client they service.

We not only service clients around Melbourne and greater Victoria but also travel interstate to visit clients in Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Hobart, as well as regional towns and cities. Our account managers are sure to be visiting your area soon.

Our account managers have the ability to make onsite visits to consult and measure up existing equipment to get exact information. By being able to meet and have in-depth discussions with our clients about what they require we are able to get the best solutions for them.

Aji Shukla 

Aji Shukla has just celebrated his 11 year work anniversary with Alternative Engineering in September 2018.

Aji has over 27 years’ experience in engineering manufacturing, having worked at a senior level in India before moving with his family to Australia and building a long-standing career at Alternative Engineering. He also holds a diploma of engineering.

Aji started as a CNC Machinist at Alternative Engineering in 2007 and as the company has expanded Aji has grown with it. His passion and expertise for engineering have seen him hold the role of drafting and estimating, followed by a move to customer support and later, in 2015, he was promoted to the position of Technical Sales & Client Manager.

Aji has a wealth of experience that he brings to his role as a Technical Sales Representative at Alternative Engineering. He has worked in a variety of manufacturing industries gaining essential skills in different operational areas.

His in-depth knowledge and technical expertise mean that when you speak with Aji you are talking to someone who quickly understands all aspects of your production requirements. This includes the need for quality products and critical delivery times. With his technical understanding, he brings an eye for production efficiencies and has the ability to consider technical solutions whether you are innovating new processes or looking for a unique solution.

Aji is often on the road keeping in touch with our valued clients. His passion is exceptional customer service and he delivers this on every project. Aji services clients in Melbourne’s North and West, Sydney, Ballarat, Bendigo, Albury/Wodonga, Shepparton, Geelong, and Warrnambool.
