With over 25 years experience in customer service John knows how to ensure that our customers get what they need. This is backed by 16 years in rubber design, 8 years in plastic design and 8 years in metal component manufacture, John really knows what he is talking about. When you deal with John you are working with an individual with a skill set and experience that means he really understand your needs and can provide a solution that will best suit those needs. Although based at our offices in North Melbourne John spends much of his time out on the road, nationwide, meeting clients and discussing their exact requirements in order to ensure that Alternative Engineering meet them accurately and in a timely manner.
